We do not accept returns or exchanges on most items. If there is an issue with the fit, we can adjust the length of your piece for a flat fee of $45.

We do not accept order cancellations, but can offer store credit if the item has not yet shipped. We do not offer refunds.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes! If your piece needs a repair, please email help@iancharms.com with your order number and we can assess the issue and assist with repairs. Once repair is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for the repaired piece to be shipped.

My clasp isn’t closing properly. What should I do?
For our newer clasps, the hook of the star should face opposite the “C” shape, otherwise the clasp will not latch correctly. Please ensure your piece is fully secured before wearing, as we are not responsible for missing pieces due to improper latching or user error.
A piece I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
